The caps

Team members are unlimited on the plans that include them, and posts per month are effectively unlimited on every paid plan.

Channels

You have reached the maximum number of channels
Free a slot by disabling a channel you are not using: Calendar, channel ... menu, Disable Channel. Disabling keeps its history and you can re-enable it later. See Manage a channel. Or raise the cap by upgrading, see Plans. Two things that do not count against the cap: reconnecting an existing channel, and channels that are currently flagged as needing reconnection.

AI credits

Image and video credits are separate pools. Each successful generation spends one; a failed generation does not. They reset monthly on the anniversary of your subscription, not on the first of the month, so a subscription started on the 12th resets on the 12th. When you are out, image generation stops returning results and video generation returns an error pointing at billing. Waiting for the reset or upgrading are the two options.

Clipping minutes

No clipping minutes are left on this account for this month
Video clipping spends one minute for every minute of the source video. A video longer than the minutes you have left is refused before anything is charged, and a clipping that fails without producing a clip gives its minutes back. The minutes reset on the same monthly anniversary as the AI credits. Waiting for the reset, clipping a shorter video or upgrading are the options. Three caps are the same on every plan: one clipping at a time, 20 clippings a day, and 180 minutes for a single video.

Webhooks

The Webhooks tab shows how many you have against your allowance in its header. Delete one to add another, or upgrade.

API rate limit

The Public API is limited to 90 requests per hour on the create-post endpoint. This is a fixed value, not something that scales with your plan: plans tier on channels, not on API throughput. It also does not mean 90 posts per hour. One request can carry many posts, so batch them rather than looping. See Public API.

Upload limits

Images are capped at 10 MB and video at 1 GB per file, on every plan. See Media.

What a limit error looks like

Anything you do that exceeds a plan limit fails with a message naming the limit and a link to the billing page. Nothing is silently truncated or partially applied.

Downgrading to a plan with lower caps does not ask you what to keep. See Downgrades before you change plan.
