The card actions

Deleting

A post scheduled to five channels is five posts sharing a group, so deleting from the calendar removes the whole group by default. That is usually what you want. To remove a single channel’s copy, open the post and deselect that channel instead.

Statistics

The Statistics modal shows how a published post performed, over 7, 30 or 90 days depending on what the platform supports. Below the metrics is the short link table: each shortened URL in the post, the destination, and how many clicks it got. This only has rows if the post was saved with short links enabled, see Links and validation.
Not every platform reports per-post metrics. See Analytics for which do.

Connecting a post Postiz lost track of

Occasionally Postiz publishes a post but never receives the platform’s ID for it, usually because the platform timed out after accepting the content. The post shows as published but has no statistics and no link to the live version. The Statistics modal then offers a connect step: you paste the live post’s URL or pick it from the recent posts the platform reports, and Postiz reattaches the two. Statistics start working from that point. The same operation exists in the API, see Update release ID.

Debugging a failed post

A post with a red ring has the platform’s own error message in its tooltip. That message is the thing to search for or to quote when asking for help, since it comes from the platform rather than from Postiz.
